Friends of India Network (FOIN) in India train and equip people to take the good news to villages and establish house churches. They tailor the training to the individual’s needs. For example, a new believer may receive basic training regarding the commands of Christ, stewardship, and how to be salt and light, plant house groups, whereas a pastor or master trainer would receive more in-depth, leadership training.
Grass Root Church Planters remain in their village and plant house groups in the surrounding area.
Church Multipliers/Missionaries leave their home to work among unreached people groups.
Master Trainers leave their home and work in unreached districts planting house groups, while training other workers to plant house groups.
Regional Directors lead house group planting teams of 135 workers. As strategic coordinators, they provide ongoing training and hold workers accountable.
